OK, so what shows on Netflix or Amazon Prime do you recommend for binge watching?

Y'all forgot The Ranch. Funniest series I've seen on Netflix. Also, Frontier is excellent. Unfortunately, it has been canceled. The Witcher, Virgin River, Insatiable, The Chef Show, Yankee, Black Spot, Dead to Me(awesome series) Bodyguard, Murder Mountain, Trotsky, The Kominsky Method(excellent) Babylon Berlin, Medici, The Last Kingdom, Hemlock Grove, Ripper Street, The Borgias(excellent) Versailles, Godless, Glitch, The Frankenstein Chronicles, Marco Polo, 13 Reasons Why, What If, Easy, There's just a ton out there.

You liked The Ranch? Okay. I’ve watched a few episodes and IMO it’s just a bad ripoff of Two-and-a-Half-Men and That ‘70s Show. The only reasons to watch The Ranch are Sam Elliott and Debra Winger.

Loved every minute of it.

Unfortunately, we don't have any sports to watch and really can't go out much or travel, so now is a great time to catch up on shows we may have wanted to see, but never had the time. My suggested list based on what I have already seen and enjoyed are as follows:

1. Jack Ryan - pretty action packed and great scenery
2. Hunters - very action packed, and will keep you in suspense all the way through to the end
3. Bosch - just started watching and so far so good, but not sure I love it yet.
4.The Kominsky Method - Hilarious about old men like me:)!
5. The Irishmen - not a series, but at 3 1/2 hours, you'll need to maybe watch in 2 sittings. It is excellent though!

I am looking for others, but am awaiting your feedback before deciding!
If you can't find anything better to do then watch T.V. I feel sorry for you. Take a walk, go to a park, go out in the woods, enjoy what God has given us.

You can do both. Yesterday I took a long walk and read Yeats on a park bench. Afterwards I watched an early Coppola, The Rain People, very good. What’s with the soapbox you’re standing on?

And what's wrong with reading a good book or having sex with your spouse? What do you have against either of those?

Also, Rectify on Netflix. Hard to stop watching.

Death row?

Is there anything out there that isn't dark, crude, violent, vulgar, juvenile, skin, or some Left Wing subject intended to convert me? If there is I probably have already seen it.

Completely unrelated, but you have the best handle I've seen in nearly 20 years on this board. And I'm not even a huge Monty Python fan.

Thanks. Sadly, there is a downside. Some of the condescending types have found ways to insert profanity into my handle within their responses. You know who you are out there.

I tried the Blacklist couldn't get past half of the first season. Does it get better, you can only get kidnapped so many times.
I felt the same way about The Wire, but that got a lot better and was worth watching.
I did not know Ray Donavan was seven seasons either, seems good.

Ozark is schedule for release next Friday the 27th.
People could binge watch the 1st 2 seasons and be all caught up when Season 3 is released,
Yes, from what I can tell my intel on Ozark S3 dropping a week early may be wrong. Damn I was gonna binge that this weekend

Intelligence on Netflix. Moms never embraced it so I watch it after I put her to bed. I watch it on low volume to not wake her and there’s tons of moving parts. I really have no idea what’s going on. Plus they’re using flip phones wtf.

I saw message from Netflix that it was dropping on the 27th but when you posted thought maybe they moved it up a week with all of the lockdown they moved it up a week but they are still showing the 27th

Charlie Chan, or Boston Blackie

At the moment, Netflix is the best movie platform in the world, it has a lot of materials on it for all types of people, so everything depends on your preferences, because the top chart is just a statistics, but the tastes are always different. Also, I can suggest you this website https://flixboss.com, there you can have a lot of information. Mostly, these guys are making a statistics of the best movies, TV show and make the top of the month or week. So I guess it will be very interesting for you to check.

Just finished watching The Queen's Gambit - interesting story. Also, I would suggest Kim's Convenience - the father in it sorted reminded me of Archie Bunker, sort of All in the Family-ish but with a Korean Family. There are some really funny lines in the show. Both on Netflix.

Dark (Netflix) -- sort of like a German "Stranger Things" but with older kids and no fantasy element (Sci fi)

Bloodline (Netflix) -- Crime drama/family drama set in Florida Keys. Lots of actors you will recognize from other things.
