our squads assistant coaches.But.... First....James Franklin ain't going anywhere. He is the programs CEO and in that role he is damn good. Like Saban et al....James is the chief recruiting salesman....attracting talent....deals with donors ....the public....the administration....the press. Like other CEO /Coaches....on game day....he lives or dies based on his assistant coaches and their preparation and skill development of the recruits . Great job by his staff....he looks like a genius.....poor job by his staff....he looks like a bum ! Compare our staff to what Saban and Swinney have and you just might see a gap in talent. To be clear....I AM NOT ABSOLVING FRANKLIN OF HIS OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY. What I am suggesting is that there will be and should be a few staff changes this post season. IMO.....a good place to consider a change would be ....Corley and Pry. As the Head Coach/CEO of the program it is his duty to...look...inward and strongly consider off season deletions /additions to staff. What say you ??
