Franklin is right in that this team is great...but not elite.
You cannot dispute that this team is on the precipice of being elite. We have lost to an elite OSU team by "one point" in the last two years and beat them three years ago. Even the most negative son of a bitch on this board can't argue this fact.
Franklin and staff can "sell" to elite players the fact that Penn State NEEDS them to help PSU make that next step to becoming an elite team.
Yes, I am upset we lost. But, I am confident that Franklin and staff will be able to continue building this team into an elite program in the future.
