Yep, but it doesn't matter. Fox Sports will be driving the scheduling for this alliance. The ACC will go along with the PAC and B1G, because they have to. They don't want to be left out on an island.

Except that ESPN holds large chunks of both Big Ten and PAC-12 media rights and is a bigger driver than Fox with regard to the latter.

I was thinking about this today. If ND is destined to be both relevant and som independent, it would be interesting to have ND play two teams each from the ACC, Big Ten, and PAC 12. Of course, that doesn’t exactly fit the 8-1-1 scenario that the PAC 12 mentioned
F' them. Either join a conference like everyone else or pound sand. They are not worthy of special treatment.
