Yes, nice for the outdoors type...many hiking trails, beautiful scenery, delicious food, old time resort, with some modern additions ( spa)...would like to go back but it got too expensive
Years ago we had a corporate event there. Very unique for that type of thing. Go during the fall colors. There were alcohol restrictions that limited where you could have a drink on the property. Campfire stories, s’mores and Adirondack rocking chairs.
Awesome place and supposedly linked to Stephen King and the inspiration for the Shining.
Above posts are right on, my wife and I have been there a number of times for day trips and dinner and we spent one anniversary weekend there for an over night visit. A very unique place from another era.
