I'm looking to get back into a fitness routine. There is a Power Train gym/fitness location near me and I checked it out. They have an unlimited "boot camp" class option for $29 a month, and another option where you get a personal trainer to lead you through a workout using free weights, machines, etc. This is quite expensive... I think it was $159 a month for 2 sessions with a trainer and you can also do all the boot camps you want. There is no option to use the weighlifting equipment yourself, on your own time. I don't think I'll be satisfied with doing the boot camp thing all the time, and wanted to get some input on whether it is worth it to have a personal trainer. This seems like a lot of money, as compared to going somewhere without a personal trainer.
Thanks in advance.
