OT: Anyone live or have kids living in Pollock/Ritner?

Our daughter received her housing assignment today - Ritner. Between me, my wife and our son, we have pretty much every other area covered - but not Pollock. Any info is appreciated.

I graduated in 93 - before things like electricity, running water and food were important.
