OT Cinci Bengals - new coach will be....?

Daughter and SIL are big Bengals fans, and have been suffering. Sounds like they will have a new HC no later than next season, and deservedly so.

Any ideas who might be in the running?

PS I hear the Browns might be interested in/talking with Harbaugh....
