OT: Etiquette question

I always wait until 9AM. Of course, part of that is I hate getting up much earlier on a Saturday.

This ^^^. LOL at the folks opining 6:00 and 7:00 AM. Pretty sure most municipal noise ordinances put it at 8:00 AM or later.

9 am on a saturday. 10 am on sunday. Weekdays....8 am is fine.

I agree 100%. In my post I only mentioned 9AM for Saturday, but I do wait until 10AM on Sunday and I also agree that during the work week, 8AM is OK.

It's interesting that in that same section it says "Contractors are not permitted to work on Sundays." I'll bet it was the contractors who pushed for that one: "Gambit, I'd love to finish your deck today, but the ordinance forbids us from working on Sundays."
