Yeah, I know who it was and whether or not he was right depends on your definition of 'victory'. Having said that, I do not think that particular quote is appropriate to the video/discussion at hand, though again, depends on your definition (though the 'war paradigm' has certainly shifted since the days of Ho Chi Minh).

As to being an armchair warrior, well, we can meet at whatever VFW you choose - whiskey is on me (and I'm not a social member...).
