Your point is well taken, but I just can't reconcile Tomei with the wholesome image of Aunt May. I wanted nothing more from the Aunt May of old than to munch on her delicious homemade cookies, and now ...

She was so flattered that he would choose her over more current supermodel types that she agrees to joining the mile high club with him. He chickens out, however. I know this thread is really about lamenting how old we are now (Tomei is still older than me!), but I'd like to add that the Spider-Man franchise is really in serious need of a hiatus. If they couldn't make it work with Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, then there seriously is no hope for that franchise...maybe the best casting ever for a Marvel Universe character. Seriously.
