And if so, you know she looks like this

Is rumored to be cast in the next Spider Man movie playing Aunt May, who traditionally looks like this

If true, Hollywood has officially done this

WOW "Zenophile"...2660 views and still going ... a lot of horny dogs on this board :eek:

I know this thread is really about lamenting how old we are now (Tomei is still older than me!), but I'd like to add that the Spider-Man franchise is really in serious need of a hiatus. If they couldn't make it work with Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, then there seriously is no hope for that franchise...maybe the best casting ever for a Marvel Universe character. Seriously.

Yet no hiatus will come, because Sony has to make a Spider-Man movie every few years or risk all film rights reverting to Marvel (Disney). You see the same with X-Men and Fantastic Four. Other than X-Men, this has led to bad sequels and undesired and oddly quick reboots.

Yeah, I'm aware that they have to keep making them - I just wish they would stop. I mostly liked Amazing Spider-Man and thought Croc was well done; the sequel was just pure garbage though. Ugh.

Also, not sure how they're 'swinging' it, but Spider-Man is supposed to appear in the next Marvel Captain America movie.

From what I understand, Sony is desperate for some positive Spidey-in-movies talk, so they're allowing him to be used in Captain America and Avengers with the hopes it'll boost their standalone movies. They're getting nothing else from the deal, no royalties from Captain America or Avengers or anything like that. Just the positive pub.

Disney is "out of control". I was reading some silly Marvel comic book plans to kill off some super-heroes to make the films less appealing? Kind of humorous, but money talks.

I am not a fan of this "recent" Spiderman series at all. Kind of boring and uninteresting.
