I will acknowledge having a soft spot for Nils Lofgren since I have been a fan since the Grin days and consider him a musical force.
But if you are a Nit faithful in the Northeast, go see his acoustic duo show over the next week if you are close to where he is playing. I went last night to see him in Phoenixville, PA and it was spectacular. You don’t have to know his material to appreciate his greatness. He played a variety of instruments last night - guitar, keyboards, harp, and accordion. He told some great stories about Bruce and Neil Young.
It was one of the better shows I have seen in a LONG time. He was that good.
