Three time Mr. Olympia, 77-78-79. He's one of three to have beaten Arnold in competition.

I admire his proportions and his approach to both lifting (lots of reps) and life (mathematics teacher, all-around good guy). He's still impressive.

It made me watch 3 minutes of Pumping Iron where Arnold has breakfast with the Ferrigno and his family. Just demoralizes Big Lou right at the table.

As a kid growing up in the ‘70’s I remember watching a body building movie, I think it was called “pumping iron”. I remember it prominently featuring Arnold, Lou Forrigno, and Franco Columbo. Don’t remember if Zane was in it. But Arnold was the “big dog” in the movie, at least that was the impression I got. How often did Zane compete against Arnold and who prevailed more often, anyone know?

Arnold did not compete in the three Mr. Olympia competitions that Zane won. If you’re talking head-to-head, Arnold came out ahead of Zane, who beat AS once.
