What did you think of it? Worth seeing in the theater or wait till it's on video?

Saw it yesterday. Loved it. Yes, it's very long, very dark, and very intense, but that's exactly my cup of tea as a Batman fan. Good performances all the way around... Pattinson and Farrell are standouts and Kravitz and Dano are excellent too. This movie might not be what the general audience is expecting from a "superhero" film, but That's a good thing in my book.

Go see it in theaters!

I did.

5 out of 4 stars.

It was really good. Worth seeing. Pattinson was great.

I didn't find it as dark as the above person did.

There are a few scenes which are truly amazing. The introduction of the bat mobile (pre car chase). The elevator sequence which is in the previews, the initial sequence with Batman and the police.

They beat you up a little with the who is the real bruce wayne thing but it's a long film.

I really like Batman's 'place' in Gotham in this film. Where he sits in the order of criminals vs police. Working with the police in most cases, not against them and the criminals.

20+ movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and I’m still loving them. Spider-Man: No Way Home was the best yet of that bunch, or very close to it.

Consider that super hero comics have been published non-stop since Superman debuted in 1938. In comparison, the number of such stories that have been told so far in film is miniscule. As long as they keep making money, Hollywood will produce them.

I wasn’t particularly looking forward to The Batman, but now based on reviews and word-of-mouth I’m getting excited to see it.

Heard from a Batman fan that it would rank 3rd from the Michael Keaton original and then Batman begins would be first.
Will wait for video.

Funny I thought Keaton would make a lousy Batman, but IMO he was the best one.
