If you believe that CKap isn't better than some QB's in the league then I've got a bridge in Brooklyn for sale. $$ is the bottom line for NFL ownership, and the owners believe that CKap would cost them $$. He's radioactive.
So someone puts up a tire swing in your yard and has a gun to your head, you'd choose CK to throw the ball through the tire over MM?
Maybe, but McGloin has a job and Kaepernick doesn't.
Nah. Money is what rules owners. An owner would rather be 0-16 if they were making twice as much many as if they were 6-12. Fans *might* boycott if cap was signed, therefore they won’t sign him. He’s also way more expensive than Mcgloin. There’s no doubt who is better.
Politely disagree...CK he was a novelty with his feet in the beginning and could not hit the side of a barn many times. Once NFL defenses figured him out, contained the outside running lanes and forced him to win with just his "accuracy" he was toast. Plus add in all the political drama he has brought to the sport and what is has brought to team chemistry league-wide, that owners want nothing to do with him. As a result, no team is going to go near him. However, if he were even a Tyrod Taylor type talent, he'd have a job, but he's not. I bet MM at this point is well-polished, much smarter and better at reading what the defense is giving him. CK would miss his first read, then run for his life. It worked in the beginning, it did not work at the end of his career, which is probably over for good. In fact, I will continue to stand every time MM gets hired by a team and kneel every time CK does not.
