I am more of a person who reads about baseball daily than watches it daily (I sure watch PSU football and NFL). Just this week three crummy
teams have dumped just about their top talent for the "eternal prospect"", not a top level prospect. Seattle got rid of their super good relief pitcher
Kendall Graveman, Pittsburg got rid of top talent and All Star Adam Frazier, and Texas got rid of top slugger (high HR,RBI) Joey Gallo. None of the teams
trading top talent got top prospects in return, although they got several prospects. Yankee fans should be elated as they did not
give away any top prospects- only low level good ones and got a top HR, run producer and Gold Glove OFer in Gallo. What a weird sport
with the crummy teams eternally rebuilding and almost giving away their top talent. Hopefully, Pittsburgh will somehow get
better some day as fans on our board may be following them with Lonnie White Jr. signing there but fans in these cities must get pretty angry
with talent dumping for prospects that may be okay 3-4 years away. Curious as to media and social media reactions in the cities that dump talent.
