OT: Music group question; What group did the song that includes the lyrics

(don't know this part of the next line) and when she turned around,
she had a picture of a cowboy, tattooed on her spine,
saying, "Phoenix, Arizona, 1949."
I think the group may be The Coasters, but not sure...Also, if someone could supply the missing lyrics, that'd be good.

I thought it was Elvis, "Little Egypt."

I just found it....actually the Coasters did have the hit with it but Elvis did it in a movie. Turns out the missing lyric is "She winked at the audience".
