The Secretary of Transportation is appointed by the Governor. Wolf appointed a Democrat.
Dems also control DRPA. They even have union leaders like John Doc on the board.
Do you want Harrisburg to be more conservative? Do you want to ban pork projects? Do you agree tolls should be dedicated to the ROADs and not used for stadiums? Let me know when you Dems support the plan. Let me know ANY union(Dems) that supports the plan.
