Does anyone have experience on what the Provost scholarship is at PSU and how students are chosen? Was at an awards night for a family member and another student going to PSU received this award. I hadn't heard about it after some googling the best I can come up with is that you need to have a diverse background or experience, but that multiple factors are considered.
