Coming off a high after relocating three raccoons 35 miles away, hence solving our raccoon problem, we had a couple of quiet nights on the back patio. Then last night the planter was overturned and the birdseed in it eaten. Plus the solar powered bird bath was toppled.
Reviewing the camera, another raccoon - of very different colors - was seen as the culprit. But its definitely a raccoon. a mature one.
Wife thinks it is the mate of the mother and two semi-grown cubs we earlier trapped and relocated, about 5 days ago. It's definitely not any of the three. Maybe wondering where they went and came sniffing to find them? At least that's her interpretation.
The live trap is coming out tonight. Meanwhile, any thoughts? ( 4 seems like a lotta raccoons!)
