OT. RIP Allman Brother Dickie Betts, 80

Big fan of the ABB and their associated acts such as Gov't Mule, Tedeschi Trucks and Allman Betts Band. I was fortunate to see the Brothers twice, once at Hershey Arena circa 91 and at the BJC in 98.
Allman Betts Band is Dickie's son Duane and Gregg's son Devon Allman. They're playing State Theatre in SC in June. It's their 2nd appearance there that I know of. Berry Oakley's son was also a member but I think there was some rift and he's no longer in the lineup.
So, although the originals are gone now except Jaimoe, the music lives on through bands like these and a few others. Check them out if you get a chance, and RIP Dickie.
