Hey guys, just wanted some advice from vet parents or any medical people here.
My 4 year old son has been getting sick since Tuesday. He can't keep anything down (even water or pedialite) his fever has been up to 103 and is fluctuating, sometimes it's normal for an entire day and then it's back up the next. I'm concerned that he is dehydrated. We are going to the dr today. I have never seen a stomach virus like this. Can I expect the dr to order an IV or possible blood work to try and get to the bottom of this?
