Hello fellow Den Members. I'm part of a group of friends / alums (usually 12 - 16) that come back to PSU every year in June for three days of golf. We've been doing this now for 28 years since graduation. We always play Toftrees, White Course, and Blue Course and we are already set to play these again this year.
The past couple years we've been talking about maybe trying some different courses in the area. Looking online I see where Mountain View C.C., Skytop Mountain, and maybe Centre Hills C.C. (private only?) might be options for us in the State College area. I've not played these courses so I'm just looking for any thoughts on how these compare to Toftrees and the Blue & White courses in terms of quality. Also, are there any other courses in the area that I might be overlooking?
