This bill would essentially allow homeschoolers to participate in Public School athletic programs. I thought it to be win for those homeschool kids who may not have access to a good physical fitness program and for those with talent to get exposure and making it easier to competent for an athletic scholarship. Not sure what is wrong with the governor of the state I live in, but I believe he's making the wrong decision here.
