Only caught the highlights, but both fouls for the PKs seemed weak, looked like the English girl flopped. I didn't see it from multiple angles, though.

Tough break. I agree with the somewhat lazy D (at least from what you can see on replay). Do anything but kick it toward your own goal.....and the England keeper didn't react until it was in the net. Very tough way to be eliminated from the tourney.
