Mccall Peed a 5'8" L/DS from Torrey Pines, CA just committed to PennState as part of the 2019 Class per DigNittanyVB. When you go to that site take a look at her ratio of service aces to service errors.

I hesitated to post this as I do not know how to post pictures. I am sure that I will have the flag picked up and be given instructions on posting pictures.

Maybe one of the few posters to get a pass. Noting Tom picked up your flag immediately. Thanks for sharing the news!

We need to step up our game. Neb has added a OH transfer from TX and look to be getting stronger next year. Thought they were a year away last year and that we were the favorite. That didn't happen.

Congratulations!
Hope she does well. We need a solid core of L/DS. Excellent serving is another big plus.

Would like to see the Nittany Lions add more tall, athletic sequoia hitters/blockers.

Seems that our best years had multiple tall threats for kills and blocks. Opponents had difficulty against the taller players and multiple starters with height helped with blocking.

Anyone know what Micah Hancock is doing these days?

PSU lost Detering, Franti, Lee, Thelen, and Washington. The only young player I recall with meaningful minutes is Gorell. Maybe White. Sounds like a couple of years of rebuilding. Perhaps somebody who knows a bit more can tell us if there's a chance for PSU to compete for a B1G title this year or next.

She is from the high school Lacey Fuller attended. I think they played for different clubs.

Hancock is playing professionally in Europe.

There is a very good chance most of our starters will be freshmen this year.

Regarding most of starters as freshman, are they that good or are we that low on talent? Maybe both?
