Iowa's offense looks horrible. Texas A&M just kicked a fg to go up 10-0 on Sam Houston. Maybe we're a little too harsh on our team

whew boy Petras just threw a pick, South Dakota was getting big pressure with a 4 man rush

yeah so Iowa and South Dakota tied at 3 at the half after SD got absolutely jobbed on a pass interference no call

Iowa with zero penalty yards in the first half

Lots of sloppy ball. PSU looked crisp Thursday in terms of team management and mental errors

Michigan actually looks pretty good, but the previously 3-9 C State isn't a good judge.

Last years Michigan is probably winning 42-0 right now. I think the QB stuff is going to hurt them.

SD getting absolutely hosed by the refs, awful targeting call followed by a non call on an obvious hold

Apparently in the Big this year any tackle above the waist is targeting.

SD gets some justice but they had to take it themselves with a strip and fumble recovery

the only thing dumber than the Iowa offense is that quarterback from S Dakota St

UGA looking as expected. Defense is good, but behind last year. Offense very good looking opening drive. Negated Oregons great ILBs.

Bulldogs 7-0

As opposed to the woulda-coulda-shoulda win for Pitt.
Touché. However, our’s was against a Big 12 team, their’s was against East Carolina. I think that should be taken into account. Regardless, I think we’re on the same side here…

A bad Big 12 team, but at least it was a P-5 team. The ACC looks like hot garbage so far, but a few will look better once they start playing each other.

Yeah, this conference stinks. They’re lucky the Yanks are carrying it. Can’t wait until it blows up and we’re done dealing with Tobacco Roads.

You think it will blow up? I don’t see that happening unless Clemson and Miami leave.

Honestly, I don’t know. I think it’s less likely with the CFP expanding. If the B1G ends up poaching the Pac-12, I can see the SEC going after our “big three” (Clemson, FSU, Miami). If that happens, who knows what will follow.

Both Raleigh teams were incredibly lucky to survive today. ECU missed a game tying extra point and then a relatively easy game winning FG attempt, 21-20 NC St. Then App St misses a wide open WR on 2 pt conversion for the win, onside kicks to a UNC dunce who runs it back for a TD, allowing App St to go down and score again, stopping 1 yard short on the 2nd 2 point try. UNC 63 - 61.

I wondered what happened in that UNC vs App St game, I turned it off after the first missed 2 pt conversion

Yes, unc gave them another chance with less than 30 seconds and that's all app St needed. Unfortunately their 2 pt conversions had issues.

Yes, if they lose those three, the ACC is done.

Wow, Oregon is awful. We complain about a close victory vs Putdue but it could be worse when you see OR and VT lay eggs.

Saying App State is a Raleigh team is like saying Penn State is a Piscataway team…

UGA is very good. Oregon is likely not as good as last year.
I'd hate to see how slow our OL would look against Georgia's DL, that wouldn't be pretty. When we had talents like Courtney Brown and Lavar Arrington, that is comparable speed and size to Georgia's D that PSU used to terrorize many of the BIG offenses back in the day.

Another tidbit from the Delaware-Navy game: UD coach Ryan Carty had a Bill O'Brien moment during a post-game interview. He said "I'm proud to be a f___ing Blue Hen!" CBS was not quick enough to bleep it.
