Some of both. Be patient -- ranlings tend to fluctuate after major events. Recently had Fargo and World Team Trials. There will be a ton of PA kids at Super 32 upcoming. I asked Willy about Hillegas absence in the July rankings and he cited Hillegas losing to an unranked 132 as a reason why.
