In an effort to start some 2016 recruiting discussion, I'll initiate this thread. Things are dead right now and I'm interested in getting a consensus on who are the Top PA kids that are likely to sign with us next February. Here are my best pctg guesses:

2. Upshur - 5%
3. Menet - 70%
4. Hamlin - 70%
5. Dioubute - 50%
6. McGovern - 90%
7. McIlwain - 5%
8. Hudson - 50%
9. Angeline - 70%
10. Pugh - 20% (provided that we really want him)
Also:
13. Pryts - 90%
21. Toney - 75% (if we really want him)
