Parking tickets

I've been parking near the bus terminal for going on 10 years. So have a lot of wrestling fans. Never once has anyone ever come back from the match with a parking ticket. Until today that is. Every car in the lot had a $50 ticket courtesy of PSU. A warning would have been nice. There are exactly ZERO no parking signs around. Is anyone else in the same boat today?
