Past WPIAL brackets

Was looking at state brackets and saw in 1994 at 119 (Brian Burrows was third at SW-3) that there was no WPIAL representation at states, but they had a 2/3 placeholder. Anyone know where to find WPIAL brackets back that far or remember what happened? I’m guessing someone missed weight, but usually at that point brackets are printed.
Interestingly, the first match of the tournament was Jeremy Hunter vs. Jody Strittmatter.

Mark Angle of Canon Mac was the District 7 champion and had to withdraw from the state tournament due to a knee injury.
