I’ll do scores and a possible brief recap, I struggle with doing pbp and enjoying the action too...
Lee with a go behind and mat return to finish him off :25 into the second - Lee wins 10-0!
2nd match - Correnti vs. Nevills
-Nick can’t finish his snatch single - gets sprawled on hard...back to their feet
-Correnti reattacks for the TD, up 2-0
-back and forth failed shot attempts and it’s 2-0 Correnti after 1

-Gomez with a double for a TD and a turn, it’s 5-4 now
-Gomez stalking and Boris backing up a bit
-Boris gets warned and he’s on the clock and Gomez gets another TD late.

-Boris counters and wins a scramble for another TD
-push out for Gomez, down 4-1 now at the break

CJ Brucki vs. Max Dean up now...
-Dean with a single attempt and Brucki gets dragged back in and he counters by throwing Dean to his back for 4...score is 4-1, I think Brucki was on the clock so he gave up a shot clock point first.
-Dean with a TD now and it’s 4-3 at the break
-Dean with another TD and an exposure, he leads 7-4
-another TD for Dean and Brucki is looking a little tired
-Dean with another TD - 11-4
-Brucki can’t finish his shots
-Dean with the TD and it’s done

-Beard fights off a shit for awhile and then goes feet to butt for a 4 , then changed to 2, it’s 5-0 Nate now
-Beard stuffs a late shot with a heavy sprawl

Great experience for Beard, but there’s a bit of a gap there still.

Nate way too far quick and powerful. Just a better wrestler at this point. He's a grown man.
Beard got outmatched by Jackson but his tank appears to be getting better.
Really not too bad. Had some in the tank to fight off a last second attach and also a re-attack, but couldn't finish. Jackson scored 4 off counters. But he was super strong. Again, not a bad performance to the runner up from Senior Nationals

What a match!!! Chance gassed, but they threw everything at each other. Awesome. Cenzo was impressed
