Where is the NCAA? The B1G? An abusive man who also had sex with subordinates was allowed to stay employed for YEARS, despite every coach knowing, just so he could continue to keep the program competitive with his coaching and recruiting. This is what is usually called CHEATING. There should be sanctions: wins vacated, scholarships lost, bowl game eligibility eliminated, and/or bowl money forfeited. This directly impacted the other members of the conference and their ability to win games.
