Football Penn State adds coveted PWO

After taking a year at prep school, Penn State has added 2021 3-star QB Xavier Copening as a preferred walk-on. Copening had offers from BC, Syracuse and UConn out of HS and will likely be a wide receiver/athlete type at PSU.
