I know Kachi Nzeh had pneumonia and one of the girls on the WBB team had strep throat recently, so lots of sickness going around. I was told he will be back soon.
Thats better than what I thought. I thought he had some concussion issues after the fall at the Palestra.
Team started off well and then just didnt have the legs to recover to shooters/cutters and missed some bunnies. I would guess that Puff and Nzeh are not the only ones a bit under the weather, you could see some of the guys just didnt have their normal juice
Yes. I think the team looks tired. 3 pt shooting has gotten terrible which is often a symptom of tired legs. Also, they missed an incredible number of lay ups.
I still think that if this team shoots reasonably well from 3 that they will be a very tough out for anybody.
Illinois has lost their last 4 games against Penn State. I'm sure Underwood was highly motivated to win and win handily.
