Throwing money at a big name coach will not guarantee wins or NCAA Tournament appearances.
I don't think its smart business to pay out at a minimum of 4 million more for a complete coaching staff and all that expense that goes with it for a hope that the new coach can make the Tournament every year. There are only two profit making sports at Penn State and the other sports need that money to operate. Chambers is proving he is making inroads with better talent but the lack of depth is a major problem which I think he will be able to fix. Our attendance at games will always be what it is because its just too far to travel during the week night games. To bring in a new staff I don't see any way that they would regain the amount of money they would pay out.

- Attendance remains steady
- He has significantly improved the talent level
- He continues to attract P5 talent
- We are now competitive almost every night
- Most important he has set high standards (The Penn State Way) which other big name coaches may look the other way just to win.
