Just spoke with a source who told us that Penn State has been in contact with class of 2024 four-star Florida State wide receiver commit Lawayne McCoy and is pushing to try and get him on campus for a visit.
Now despite being committed to the Noles since mid April, over the past few months schools such as Miami and UCF have been pushing very heavily and the expectation was that he would end up decommitting sooner rather than later. However that never happened and as of now he's still part of the 2024 FSU class. Regardless he's still continuing to look around with potential trips to Miami, Oregon and Penn State along with others.
