I believe ESPN had it misreported for a bit. That’s where I was getting it from.Really?
Texas almost #2 in the AP. If they win the Red River Rivalry, they might jump to #1.
Agreed...Georgia plays Kentucky so they might hold on to the top spot but Texas would definitely have the best resume. Texas has a fairly easy schedule after that game.I'd be ok putting Texas at #1 with that win along with one over Bama.
I consider Texas to be the sleeping giant of CF. Their recruiting base is off the charts. They could very well win it all this yearTexas almost #2 in the AP. If they win the Red River Rivalry, they might jump to #1.

There are 8 to 10 teams that have a legit chance of winning it all this year. Most wide open we've seen in awhile.

Interesting to see what they would do with Kentucky if they beat GA. Two wins in a row against ranked teams, but possibly the easiest schedule in the nation prior to that. They've slow played Kentucky and Missouri so far. UK presents an interesting matchup for the Dawgs. Physical defense. Running team first, will be dangerous if the pass starts clicking. They gave UGA a tough game last year even if they were Iowa-esqe on offense.

Beating Georgia on the road likely warrants that kind of jump.Probably rocket them up to 8.
Spread is -15 Dawgs. Night game at Athens. Uphill battle for sure.

Probably not as easy as Michigan's schedule.Interesting to see what they would do with Kentucky if they beat GA. Two wins in a row against ranked teams, but possibly the easiest schedule in the nation prior to that.
Michigan's SOS so far is 113Probably not as easy as Michigan's schedule.
Ball State, EKU, Akron, and Vandy? Pretty tough to get easier than that.Probably not as easy as Michigan's schedule.
