After recently hosting South Florida TE transfer Chris Mottillo on a visit for the Blue-White spring game, Happy Valley Insider has learned that STC Stacy Collins is going to see him this Wednesday. One thing to note is that Mottillo is a big fan of Penn State, as it is his dad's alma mater. For those that don't know Mottillo is a UPenn grad where he started eight games for UPenn in 2021 before suffering an injury and appeared in 11 games (2 starts) for USF this past season.
Other schools pushing for him include Marshall, where he just took an official visit to this past weekend, UConn and Miami (OH). It seems like he would be mostly a depth guy for Penn State, but you can never have enough guys with experience.
