Penn State taking a strong look at 2017 Chicago WR

Chicago De La Salle three-star 2017 WR Eric Rooks said the team showing the most interest right now is Penn State. Great size at 6-3, 200. Didn't see him all off-season, but saw enough from sophomore film to say he was clearly a Power 5 level talent. Also, I will be covering him live in two weekends.
