Post whatever you want.Willie did a TFW with Fellers the other day and went through the lineup. What am I allowed to post from a pay for info site? If you have Rokfin, give it a listen.
Based on what we saw last year, I believe that is totally feasible. I have also heard from some 57 isn’t a tough cut for himCan MM get to and stay at 157 for an entire season and not lose his motor?
Is Kasak refusing his RS like Davis is supposedly doing?Almost consensus projected lineup right now is:
125 - LL
133 - Nagao/Davis (Willie leans Davis)
141 - Bartlett
149 - Van Ness
157 - Kasak (almost no mention of Mesenbrink here the last few months)
165 - Mesenbrink
174 - Facundo/Levi (Willie leans Facundo)
184 - Carter
197 - Barr/Cochran (Lean Barr but Willie says Mirasola could be in play)
285 - Kerkvliet
Mitchell will not be wrestling 157. He isn't as thick as Levi, but Mitchell's shoulders are extremely broad. If Levi is in the 180+ pound range Mitchell isn't very far behind. Can MM get to and stay at 157 for an entire season and not lose his motor?
There is 0 reason to redshirt Kasak because he is clearly the guy at 157.Is Kasak refusing his RS like Davis is supposedly doing?
That's what I thought. It seems that the lineup is ...There is 0 reason to redshirt Kasak because he is clearly the guy at 157.
You should write Cael a letter. I'm certain they have never considered having them wrestle each other for the spot...........I will go with Haines until Facundo proves otherwise in FOLKSTYLE
no kidding. Why didn't I think of thatYou should write Cael a letter. I'm certain they have never considered having them wrestle each other for the spot...........
Facundo is not beating Haines, maybe tic tac toe but not wrestlingI will go with Haines until Facundo proves otherwise in FOLKSTYLE
umm....Facundo is not beating Haines, maybe tic tac toe but not wrestling
I've been telling a few people privately, but I'll put it out there now. Josh Barr will be wrestling either AJF or Stephen Buchanon in the NCAA Finals. The opponent depends upon the seeds. No matter which wrestlers come out of the pre season grind, this team will threaten last yrs record setting unit. Expect 5 potential champs and great scoring potential throughout. With Carters run for five, the team should be on the national sports radar from the get go. Top it off with the championships being in Philly and it should be a memorable run to glory. Sit back and enjoy the show! This program never fails to amaze me. Stock rises every yr and there is even more capacity in the tank with new recruits and potential future recruits. It’s a world class program. No one even close to threatening this pride.
Thank you. And you also said he was weighing around 205 correct?I've been telling a few people privately, but I'll put it out there now. Josh Barr will be wrestling either AJF or Stephen Buchanon in the NCAA Finals. The opponent depends upon the seeds.
I hate it when you put out misinformation like this.I've been telling a few people privately, but I'll put it out there now. Josh Barr will be wrestling either AJF or Stephen Buchanon in the NCAA Finals. The opponent depends upon the seeds.

Not belittling anybody's skill level, but Cochran isn't beating Barr or Mirasola. That's what I thought. It seems that the lineup is ...
SVN
Kasak
MM
Haines/Facundo
Carter
Barr/Mirasola/Cochran
From what I've seen this weekend and at u20 WTT, Josh has bought into the program fully, and has jumped levels since many were worried about his ability to create angles and create offense. I'm with you--though I guess we'll have to see how he handles being on the mat.I've been telling a few people privately, but I'll put it out there now. He already came in with mat skills. He hasn't shown it yet, but he's developed a mean ankle pick. I guess I meant on the mat in the B1G. If only we had a coach or two who could teach that. I'm not very worried! He already came in with mat skills. He hasn't shown it yet, but he's developed a mean ankle pick. Go figure.
well if they don't win the weight what will they do??Is Kasak refusing his RS like Davis is supposedly doing?
Kasak will win 157. It doesn’t seem there is any real competition for the spot. Davis/Nagao I don’t know, Willie says Nagao is really hurt and Davis is beating him out atp in timewell if they don't win the weight what will they do??
Freestyle....umm....
Penn State Wrestling: Alex Facundo Shuts out Levi Haines
UNIVERSITY PARK-- Freestyle wrestling presents Penn State wrestling fans with a chance to see PSU vs. PSU matchups. The first one of this weekend's US Olympic Trials-- which happen to take place in the Bryce Jordan Center-- was Levi Haines taking on Alex Facundo at 74 KG. Haines is the reigning...nittanysportsnow.com
Oh my bad. Thought freestyle was wrestling not tic tac toe... haFreestyle....
I get it. That's why I have him 3rd. If Carter is 184, my assumption is Barr at 197 with Mirasola RS'ing. PSU is going to have a logjam in 2026-27 up and down the lineup. Not belittling anybody's skill level, but Cochran isn't beating Barr or Mirasola.

Those 2 takedowns don't count because freestyle lol.Oh my bad. Thought freestyle was wrestling not tic tac toe... ha
And in tourney shape for U20's nonetheless?Thank you. And you also said he was weighing around 205 correct?
I don’t know what you are writing. My guess, is you are writing that a 19 year old can’t go from 197 to 184 in a year. And in tourney shape for U20's nonetheless?
After a full year of full feed, yeah, no problem whatsoever getting back down to 184, whoever thinks that is a moron.
Hey look over there it's a picture of me in the corner all alone with a cone shaped hat on my head.
Agreed, but it not fun!I don’t know what you are writing. My guess, is you are writing that a 19 year old can’t go from 197 to 184 in a year.
Dude,I must tell you, it’s not too hard.
Nope, but it's worth it to be a starter on a national championship team.Agreed, but it not fun!
I think losing 13 lbs. will be a heck of a lot easier than beating Carter for the starting spot. You do know the NCAA just gave him an 8th year.....right?I don’t know what you are writing. My guess, is you are writing that a 19 year old can’t go from 197 to 184 in a year.
Dude,I must tell you, it’s not too hard.
talk to me in OctoberThose 2 takedowns don't count because freestyle lol.
