It is still not clear whether the child endangerment charges are misdemeanor or felony. The state can determine the level based on intent. If it's deemed intentional, not accidental, it's a felony. Originally these were felony charges. If that still holds these are still very serious.

The Commonwealth is going to spend how much more to prove the impossible? And for what? What is the end game for the Commonwealth at this point? Fina's gone. Corbett's gone. Their crummy dumpster fire burned way out of control into a national firestorm. Are they EVER going to admit to their arson job?

Dr. Raykovitz and his equally mandated-to-report wife have still skated - which is such a farce and simply chaps my hide. If Jack and Katherine had been charged, perhaps I would have bought the storyline coming out of the AG's office.

Based on what? A law written 6 years later in 2007, which by the way they still met the reporting requirements?

So malicious prosecution evidence:
1. Knowingly false Grand Jury Presentment
2. Leaking of secret Grand Jury Presentment
3. The press conference with the photos along with Sandusky
4. Noonan statement that Joe should have done more from a position of authority
5. Feudale stating this will never go to trial
6. The indictment of Spanier to get the others to talk
7. No testimony by the 3 at Sandusky's- part of the motive
8. The TSM going Scott free.
9. 4.5 years to keep testimony away from the JS attempt for retrial.
10. They have to present their evidence sooner as to why they were indicted- I suspect they have nothing or at least nothing that wasn't dispelled very early on.
11. Keeping the BoT out of the spot light and the connections to TSM
12. Keeping Corbutt out of the spot light and his connections to TSM
13. Possible coercion of MM with photos etc. to massage his testimony

Every time I see the charges get dropped I think of Roxine and how she helped cover up the real problems in child protective services by instead blaming innocent parties. Kudos to her for putting something other than the victims as her priority. I'm sure her 30 sheckels from the bot makes it all the more worthwhile.

It really is fascinating when you review this in, ummm, hindsight. For how many years did we suffer the BOTmeisters here bullying us with "if the truth is revealed".... iow, kindly move forward, sheep.

Now, the case has all but unraveled, WE were right (as most of knew way back when) and, hey, where are the CR66's now? What are they going to say now? Hold onto your hats because the real truth is gonna come out and bite psu fans in the tuchus... blah blah blah. lol.

They had their day. They threatened. They bullied. They were snide... arrogant. They sneered. They brayed. And lately they began to crumble. And whimper. And snivel. Until now, at the very end, they have been reduced to a loogie... just lousy old snot. The jig is up, the faithful have won, and before long JoePa won't be turning over in his grave and can rest comfortably thru eternity.

One thing we've all learned thru this is that the ones who doth protest too much, apparently have something that they want to hide. By the time it's all done, we'll know what that is, for every one of them.
