Worst pick in the recent draft era of this team and it is not even close. I said it draft night that this pick would set the team back years. Good luck in a division with JB, Watson, and Lamar.....

I don't think it is a huge set back pick. This team needs a QB, and it will likely take a few until they get the right one. So, they have an Andy Dalton type that will win some games but be mostly meh.
I didn't like the pick myself, but it didn't cost them any draft capital. You take a chance and hope you hit it out of the park. The landscape is littered with can't miss QB's take in the top 10.
Hurts, Tua and Lamar Jackson are prime examples of guys who need the right coaching and game planning to be good.
Different situations and who knows how they fair.

I have to say that I have watched Levis in most of his games the last two seasons. I think he has made great strides since he was a battering ram for PSU but I in no way see him as a NFL starter much less a first-round pick.
But at the end of the day, I am an engineer not an NFL Player Personnel Director.
I think he can develop into a solid Kirk Cousins/Jimmy Garropolo type of starter but he is not an elite talent like Rothlisberger or Bradshaw. If surrounded by a good team with a good line I think he can win a lot of games but is not going to be an All Pro caliber player. Problem is I’m not sold on either Young or Stroud either so I think the Steelers need to first and foremost upgrade the offensive line through this years draft and free agency.
Took us 24 years to get the last franchise QB after TB retired. So if we get a franchise QB before 2045 we're ahead of schedule.

Tomlin will rush him back. But it should be Trubisky that plays. Playing against Baltimore's D without any prep is never going to end well. Trubisky unfortunately probably beat Carolina and Vegas. Hell, you or I might beat them
