Supposed to be 1 second just like college. IMHO most refs don't realize how long a second is. This match is a prime example IMHO.

Freestyle scoring might even be more confusing to understand for that sequence!

High school is still 2 seconds for a fall. If you knew it was coming and were set up and ready for that situation you still wouldn't get two seconds in that position. If that was a conventional offensive pinning combination the amount of time on his back would not have been considered a quick fall compared to typical fall calls That being said, as an official, I would have probably not made that call in that position. Now if the wrestler in on the shot would have rolled the defensive wrestler up on his shoulders like that more than once intentionally, you might have got that fall call from me.

Tough call there on the guy called pinned especially considering that whole clip is 7 secs beginning to end.
