It's absurd that a foul tip call is not reviewable. I can understand a regular ball/strike call, but this is insane.

I don't ever remember an umpire calling a foul tip on a swing and miss and it has happened twice in the same week to the same pitcher.

Having been at the game and sitting behind the plate I can tell you that I've never seen a baseball crowd so po'd. And that particular umpire's arrogance did nothing but inflame the situation. Just watching him strut around with his stupid looking Neo Nazi shaved head was infuriating. And in the 14th he did it again, which cost the Bucs another run. Much of the crowd had left by then, so the reaction then was less vociferous. Had the Pirates lost, were I he, I would have watched myself in public.
