You can no longer purchase a hot dog and drink at Sheetz to receive a free Pitt ticket. You will have to pay 5 dollars now. A crowd of 50k estimated to be 65k will attend.

Interesting choice of words. Yes, next year Heinz Field will be "our stadium". And I am glad you will make money. Penn State grads typically have plenty...Pitt grads....only if the tips are good. Troll on!Like your old coach,
this board is great, rips on pitt constantly about ripping on penn state. But when i do come on always pitt stuff, boy will the game be fun next year. we have 10 season tickets we make money on for you crazies right at field level in your stadium.
at least $5.00 tickets are funny, what happened at Penn State is not so funny. See the rest of the world laughs at you, you just don't get it.
That's well said. You're absolutely right, what happened at PSU isn't funny. It's not a punchline. I'ts not a joke. That hasn't stopped plenty of Pitt fans from rejoicing over it, though. It hasn't stopped plenty of Pitt fans from making jokes about it, either.
The reality is that it was something very serious and plenty of Pitt fans used it to make themselves feel better about themselves under the pretense that they cared, when it's obvious that they only care about feeling self righteous. Many of them wouldn't change what happened if they could, because it would mean they wouldn't be able to feel superior.

Of course not, but it has not happened and it likely never will.So if PSU really lowered the ticket price for a game, the PSU fans would say "no thank you"?

Let me know when it happens. Supply vs. Demand. Look it up.

40 dollars gets you season tickets to Pitt.
So I was right. PSU did not lower a price for a game...it lowered the prices for 3.Penn State lowered the prices to 3 games last year to $40 face value.
