Barkley had the windwill; Trace, the baseball swing and salute (though don’t recall seeing that in the bowl game, why so?); Allen with his teeth baring grin, pulling the month back with fingers; and Farmer with his three stooges thingy where his hand is telling opponents, “you can’t poke my eyes”.
Don’t know of any more, but got one for Jarvis when he gets that sack or big time TFL. You see he’s a marital artist with a black belt, so the thought is some form of karate chops with simulation of going through a stack of bricks.
