ok...I just downloaded a podcast app...trying to make my commute less awful...is FRL a podcast? I tried to find some of the shows I have seen mentioned on here, but I struck out. I searched under Flowrestling and Penn State wrestling. Any suggestions for good podcasts (with the actual title) is appreciated!

These are two I listen to weekly

I started listening to The Inside Trip Wrestling Podcast

If there are any other good ones, I'd be interested as well.

when you go on the flo web site search for "FRL" and the flow radio shows will pop up. T-row and funky - another search you can do is free on soundcloud. I believe TOM has some as well and you can search for those on you PC prior to getting them on you phone. Couple Iowa podcasts but I don't have their location handy. this should get you started. One more thing - go to 'Mat talk online' and sign up for their daily email. You can review that daily and they will provide a links to podcasts as well.

T-Row and Funky. Fun to listen to. High respect for PSU and their style. Great DT interview last week. Ben doesn't have much love for Iowa.

Short Time Wrestling

I enjoy Jason Bryant as the host. Great interview with Gary Taylor of Rider on challenges of building a team at small school. Jason posts here sometime. Give him a listen

My wrestling pods are as follows:

Flowrestling Radio Live: you know what you're getting with CP and Smalls, it's always fun when they get chippy with each other

T-Row and Funky Show: every once and a while you have to swallow some of Tommys scarlet and gray nonsense, but a fun one, lots of wrestling saavy on one podcast.

Bloodround: Tommy and Kevin are a bit colorful, and huge Michigan homers, but both still smart enough to be objective.

Inside Trip: I just picked this one up recently, couple of knuckleheads from Ohio. Judy is still out on them.

I also like JB's Short time podcast, that one isn't a regular listen though.

And last but not least, the Black Shoe Diaries Matcast. Nothing but Penn State talk. Clay is a bit more even while Garrett is the Penn State fan in all of us that believes their are 10 national finalists in the lineup. I picked up on them early and they are really starting to gain some momentum. Plus, they play everybody's favorite game show, "What did Jason Nolf Do?"

And I get a lot of people looking at IMarts box scores and saying "How good can he be? Gabriel is mauling people, Penn State rolls most of its competition, IMarts gotta be susceptible to defeat" What the casual fan, or even hardcore fan with limited mat experience don't realize, there is nothing "close" about the other guy ragdolling you in a second.
