We were going to MD but after Iowa smoked MD I told Harry there’s no way I’m going to that schit game. As for ILL I’m still so distraught I can’t deal with watching them live. But we will meet soon, I can feel it.
Hope so. was bummed about Auburn. A house full of in-laws is a challenge but had a good time, Uncle Chuck showed up, always great to see him. I will be at the Maryland game. I have been to so many games a loss no longer bothers me.
Many seasons ago when Tim Dwight for Iowa single handedly destroyed us ( 21/ 20, he had all three touchdowns ) at home on a snowy day and all of our company left early it was just me and my brother staying through the cold wet misery until the end of the game. We were staying 20 miles East down at the Feathered Hook B and B on Penns Creek. To be honest, we drank too many beers on the way back after the game, I was driving and we took it slow. Thankfully we made it safely with out killing anyone because we were plowing through a few roadies channeling our inner Bill Murray in Kingpin. we agreed during that drive that we would never let a loss wreck a good time for everyone else and we have stuck with that for more than 20 years.
Fast forward, I pretty much do all of the driving and no longer chug on the way home but when I get everyone there safely ( 3 miles ) I celebrate with a bourbon or two or more depending on the start time.
if you two derelicts can make it for the Illinois game I have a room for you ( tailgate before and after the game ) Michigan, house is full and Rutgers again there may be an opening. Let me know.
We are staying at a hotel in Baltimore and partying pregame or post game at my brothers depending on game time.

if BTW, it’s Maryland @Lion Son/Husband/Father and @PSUHarry33 , let’s hook up pregame. As long as it’s not a Friday night game and I am trying to just make it there for kickoff I will be plenty early. Keep me posted.

Well I definitely know Sluggo and doublehaul. I probably know Fox Chapel the longest. I have met mn78 and Relayer. Great guys to talk to. I met Dem and had a sip with him. Very interesting cat, great stories. Sluggo also has great stories. There was a guy named psuprof1 who I haven't seen in awhile. Also a top notch guy. Doesn't post anymore.
Doublehaul doesn't post often but is WITHOUT a doubt the most hard core PSU fan I ever met. Many here know him. He'd drive through hell to see a PSU racquetball game. FCL is up there too.
Hell I lost a bet with Grove Lion who I never met but sent him the spoils. I never met David M but he knows where I live, he dropped off signs at my house when he was running for trustee. So I guess I would say 5+. I had some emails with Pelly. Don't know whatever happened to him. Never met him. All very cordial.
It was nice to meet all of these guys. Never met a jagov from this board. We might not agree, but why should we.

It was a “gray” bar where all us older dudes hang out. Actually L/S/F/H was gonna toss me into the mosh pit at Union Transfer!So you almost went to meet rude at a gay bar?
